Where else does one go...

Where else does one go when the mainstream is too busy to talk because one has something that is not mainstream? I don't mind paying someone who takes the time to listen, identify & act. I caught a bug 1 year ago, with no resolution, now on a specialist wait list for 6 months. In the meantime I? Life is too short not to work at ones full potential
