I have a torn miniscus...

I have a torn miniscus that has made my ability to perform my job effectively and efficiently virtually impossible. WCB won’t cover the repair or downtime even though it is work related due to the fact the damage has taken time to finally result in a loss of ability. I am willing to pay for the surgery so I can get back to working as I should be and pay my taxes and mortgage without burdening the overrun medical system but alas the politicians have decided that only highly paid sports personalities are allowed to do so.
