I have waited over 3 years to receive surgery...

I have waited over 3 years to receive surgery for a left ankle deformity that is hindering my ability to walk. 2 years were spent waiting for a consultation with a specialist. It has now been over a year since the consultation and no one from the clinic has followed up with me about a surgery date. Even with my condition, I am going to work as a machinist (a heavy duty job that requires standing all day).
