I just want to say that I am not wealthy...

I just want to say that I am not wealthy and if I choose to mortgage my house, spend my life saving or rack up my line of credit to get faster relief of pain, then it is my right and everyone else's. What is the NDP going to do next? Tell us what type of car we can drive!!! Please sign the charter.
