I would not have known about my heart issues...

I had the good fortune to be referred to Dr. Day for knee surgery last August. The surgery was a success and I am now back to almost 100%. As part of the pre-opp process Dr. Penz requested that I have a heart echo and ecg. During this process it was determined that I should see a cardiologist. I did, and after further tests they discovered that I would require heart surgery to correct an aortic aneurysm and replace a valve. If it were not for the diligent efforts of Dr. Penz I would not have known about my heart issues and would not have had them taken care of. I have no doubt that Dr. Penz saved my life. I am eternally grateful.
