Charter Health Crowd

I can't even begin to decribe my frustration.

pffft ... 6 months ago i began experiencing knee pain due to meniscal damage and saw my GP. After being referred for MRI, I called the MRI clinic to book an appointment. I was told it would take 6 weeks to even have someone return my call providing a date for MRi, which in turn would most likely be 6-8 months beyond the initial wait for booking. Tack onto that another 9 months (or more) wait for a consult with a surgeon and then who knows how long to actually get a date for surgery! Such a crappy service ... I can't even begin to decribe my frustration. The solution is simple. Private Health Care for non-essential surgeries MUST be supported by the government health care system. Easy peasy.
