An MRI has determined that I need a shoulder replacement..(advanced arthritis and other damage). A nine month wait for an MRI and now waiting to see a specialist. 6 months and counting...expect to wait another 6 months...the average wait time in Calgary area is then 13 months...for a grand total of almost 3 years....considering going to Puerto Vallarta for surgery... Max cost to me $16500 usd.
